Polyester, red. Corset, skirt and wide belt. Sizes M to 2XL with a bust, waist and height chart.

The belt is what keeps it in place, which is the difference between a costume you enjoy and one you spend the evening adjusting. It also works outdoors, unlike most short costumes, because the skirt and corset are separate layers.

Sizes run small compared with European and US cuts: between two sizes, take the larger.
