Costumed children with glowing candy buckets walking a foggy street lined with carved pumpkins

Trick or Treat

For the round on the 31st: sweet bags, lit lanterns and the children's costumes that survive two hours on a pavement.

Visibility decides the evening more than the design does — a driver turning into a street sees a light long before a silhouette, and a pumpkin lantern worn on the shoulder holds the sweets and keeps the child visible at once. Warmth comes second, but an hour outdoors in October is an hour outdoors.
